Make a Claim

We’ll do everything we can to make your claim an easy process. 

We aim to:

  • respond to all claims notifications within 24 hours of receipt
  • respond to all correspondence within 5 working days
  • issue payment within 24 hours of receiving the required documents.

There are two ways you can contact us to make a claim:

2. Call us

If your claim is urgent – meaning your property is not safe, secure or watertight – please call our claims line on 0345 999 8888^. We’re available 24/7.

Please have these details ready when you contact us:

  • name and address of the policyholder
  • policy number
  • details of the claim, including what was lost or damaged, when and how it happened, and whether anyone was injured.

We will:

  • give advice, assistance and reassurance at a time when it is needed most
  • offer immediate practical assistance
  • ensure a rapid response in line with our claims commitments.

Calls may be monitored or recorded for security and training purposes. First notification of a claim outside of normal working hours will be answered in Eire.
