Does my existing life insurance cover me for COVID-19?

Yes, claims arising from COVID-19 will be paid, subject to standard policy terms and conditions.

Are there any exclusions for COVID-19 on new life insurance policies?

No, currently we have no exclusions for COVID-19 on our life insurance. Claims arising from COVID-19 will be paid, subject to standard policy terms and conditions.

I’m worried about how I’ll pay for my life insurance, what options are available?

Our policy includes a payment holiday as standard, so you can take a break from your monthly payments for up to 6 months and the policy will continue.

You will need to make up all missed payments at the end of the holiday or reduce your payout amount.

Can I reduce my monthly payments?

Yes, you can reduce the payment at any time. If you choose to reduce your payment your cover amount will also reduce. We will never increase your monthly payments.

What if I miss a payment?

Don't worry, just make sure to pay the full amount within 60 days of the missed payment date.
